Founded by Rosalind Rawls Sanders, RSA was created to address the fragile relationship between political power structures and the people they serve—especially in the South. Through campaign consulting, municipal planning, and movement-building, we amplify community voices and strengthen representation from the ground up.

As a seasoned senior administrator and real estate professional, I bring a unique blend of political insight and market expertise to every project. With a proven track record supporting Mississippi State Legislators, I have successfully coordinated strategic planning initiatives, facilitated board operations, prepared financial reports, and led impactful community programs—such as implementing financial literacy curricula in area high schools and organizing fundraising events generating over $400,000.
In addition to my work in political consulting, I have built a strong career in real estate, guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing with confidence and clarity. My ability to navigate both the public and private sectors allows me to offer comprehensive solutions that bridge civic engagement and property development.
With expertise in stakeholder relations, event coordination, and real estate market strategy, I am committed to empowering communities, shaping policy, and helping individuals and families realize their goals—whether in public service or homeownership.
Tammi Nichols Lambert, MPA
